Short, plain and written to be read. Effective October 17, 2026 ## The short version - The free tools are free to use within daily limits. Results are a helpful starting point, not a guarantee. - Paid items are digital and delivered right away: 10 extra page checks for $1, a full site report for $3, or an extra whole-site scan with its full report for $3. - If a paid item does not work, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. - Consulting work is covered by a separate written agreement. - Do not use the tools to overload, attack or misuse anyone's website, including ours. ## Using this site agenticorganic.com is run by Agentic Organic ("we", "us"). By using the site, the free tools or buying anything here, you agree to these terms and to our [privacy policy](https://agenticorganic.com/privacy/). If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business. ## Free tools and daily limits Our [free tools](https://agenticorganic.com/tools/) fetch public web pages and report what they find. To keep them fast and fair for everyone, they have daily limits. For the AI agent readiness checker, each visitor gets 10 single-page checks and one whole-site scan of up to 25 pages per day. Limits reset at midnight Pacific time. We count usage with a random ID stored in a cookie and a scrambled version of your IP address. We may change limits, pause a tool or change how a tool works at any time. Results are generated automatically and reflect what our server saw at the time of the check. Sites, firewalls and AI crawlers change often, and some sites treat requests from our server differently from real visitors or real AI bots. Treat results as guidance, not as a guarantee of how any search engine or AI system will treat your site. ## Acceptable use Please use the tools on sites you own, manage or are allowed to review. You agree not to: - Use the tools to overload, probe, attack or disrupt any website or server. - Get around daily limits, payment or access controls, for example with scripts, many devices or rotating IP addresses. - Scrape, resell or rebuild the tools or their output as a competing service. - Use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access, cancel unused credits or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules. If we cancel paid credits for a reason other than misuse, we will refund them. ## Paid checks and reports Some extras cost money. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and may change, but a change never affects something you already bought. - **Extra page checks:** $1 for 10 single-page checks. They never expire. They are tied to the browser you bought them in, so clearing your cookies or switching browsers will hide them. Contact us and we will restore them. - **Full site report:** $3 unlocks every page's details, evidence and fixes for one completed whole-site scan, plus a downloadable copy. We email you a link that works for 7 days, after which the stored results are deleted. Download a copy if you want to keep it. - **Extra whole-site scan:** $3 for one more whole-site scan of up to 25 pages after you have used the free daily one, with the full report included. It never expires and is used automatically on your next scan once the free one is gone. Like extra checks, it is tied to the browser you bought it in. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Paid items are digital and delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, so by buying you ask us to deliver right away. Your rights in the Refunds section below still apply. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, unless checkout shows otherwise. ## Refunds If a paid item does not load, does not match what was described, or something else goes wrong, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Use our [contact form](https://agenticorganic.com/#contact) and include the email you used at checkout. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can fix it quickly. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. ## Consulting services Free consultations and intro audits come with no obligation. Paid audits, AI agent builds and other consulting work are covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work. ## Content and ownership The site, its design, its articles and the tools belong to Agentic Organic. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. The reports the tools generate for you are yours to use, including sharing them with your team, clients or developers. You keep all rights to your own website and content. We only fetch pages you ask us to check. ## Other services and links The site uses services from other companies, such as Stripe for payments and Google for analytics and fonts, and links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply. ## No warranty We work hard to make the site and tools accurate and reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any result will lead to a particular ranking, citation or business outcome. ## Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, Agentic Organic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or tools. Our total liability for any claim about the site, tools or paid items is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. Any legal claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms as the site and tools change. We will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
